It can be used to provide a calming acoustic background whilst learning to relax with the eSense Temperature or eSense Skin Response biofeedback sensors. Relaxation-inducing feedback is used to help manage the symptoms of stress and is regarded as being particularly helpful in migraine therapy and the treatment of tension headaches.

This audio CD contains 20 MP3 files which comprise a superb mix of nature sounds and relaxation-music. Every track is recorded in high quality audio and is between 20 and 30 minutes in length. Each MP3 is recording is structured so that it enables endless repeated playback, allowing you extra long sessions if you wish.
