Premature Ejaculation
What is Premature Ejaculation? It is estimated that in the UK, around a quarter of all men experience episodes of reaching climax too quickly during intimate relations. This is known as premature ejaculation (usually shortened to PE), and can lead to an unsatisfying experience for both partners. Most men will probably have had the experience of not lasting long enough at some point in their lives, but for the majority, it tends to occur only very occasionally and is a transient problem. When it becomes a regular occurrence, it can create a great deal of distress.
Delay sprays and creams. These offer the most immediate way of managing the speed with which a man reaches the point of ejaculation. Many of these products work by having a gentle cooling effect on the penis, which helps to produce the delay. Other products produce a gentle numbing effect, which can have a similar delaying effect.
How can male Strokers and Masturbators help in Premature Ejaculation? These products are designed to simulate sexual intercourse with a partner. They do this by producing intense levels of stimulation of the penis. This can help men who experience PE, in two distinct ways.
Firstly, the devices can be used to help train men so that they can practice and develop their sexual technique. In particular, training with a stroker or masturbator can help men to identify the sensations which precede orgasm. By getting to know these triggers, the man can then experiment, by varying the speed and rhythm of his sexual technique, until he identifies what works for him in delaying ejaculation whilst being intensely stimulated.
Using a Stroker or Masturbator to train in this way is additionally helpful because, practice can be done in private, and so removes the performance anxiety which many men with PE experience when having sex with their partners.
The second way in which the using a Stroker or Masturbator helps manage PE is that, with consistent practice over a period of time, the device can help to promote a degree of desensitisation of the glans of the penis. It is known that an oversensitive penile glans is a significant contributor in many cases of premature ejaculation.
