DAVID Delight Plus
AVE (which stands for "Audio-Visual Entrainment") is an advanced, non-drug treatment which employs pulses of sound and light to help provide relief from a range of health disorders, as well as to support improved brain functioning.
The Delight Plus has pre-installed programmes, whose pre-set patterns of light and sound are supported by research studies to help with:
Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD)
stress reduction
insomnia
improved mood
improved mental sharpness
improved balance (reduced risk of falling) in seniors
reduced worry plus improvements in concentration and memory in college students
The Delight Plus sessions also include the DAVID-systems proprietary randomisation process, which helps encourage dissociation and brain frequency tracking to the stimulus.

In addition, the Delight Plus has a further 3 gamma sessions, contained within a sixth, user-designed category.
Gamma brainwaves (defined as having a frequency between 30 to 100 Hz, with 40 Hz being of particular biological significance), help with attention, focus, binding of senses (smell, sight, and hearing). They also play a role in consciousness, mental processing, and perception. The visual system relies heavily on gamma brainwave activity too.
Choose your preferred Eyeset- available in standard White or Multi-Colour
All Mind Alive kits are supplied with the standard White Tru-Vu Omniscreen Eyeset.
If you prefer, you may select to upgrade to the Multi-Colour Eyeset instead. Simply make your selection using the drop-down menu (above)
The Multi-Colour eyeset enables you to further enhance your AVE experience.
Incorporating six extra colours - In addition to the standard white, you can now experience blue, cyan, green, yellow, red and magenta. You can also select separate colours for each visual field and random colour selection. Deep blue and green are highly recommended when running sleep sessions.
Blue - Calming and relaxing
Cyan - Shown to reduce risk of seizure
Green - Effective for pain reduction and meditation
Yellow - Improve cognition and focus
Red - Increase physical arousal and energy
Magenta - Best for contemplative meditation and enhancing creativity
